MDO is short for Medium Density Overlay, which is a high quality laminated plywood product. We fill and seal the edges, apply 2 coats of primer, then finish the board with oil based enamel. The finished product has a very attractive smooth surface that is long lasting. MDO can be scroll cut into virtually any shape and it comes in 4x8 and 5x10 sheets. MDO is great for real estate, landmark and building signs.

 

Coroplast is a lightweight corrugated plastic material. It is most often used for yard signs that mount on an "H" shape step stake. The stake fits right into the "flutes" of the plastic, so no hardware is needed to install. Since this material is low-cost and durable for many years outside, it is great for many other sign applications as well.

Aluminum comes in several colors that are all baked on for excellent durability. It comes in thicknesses of .040" to .125". Alumalite comes 1/4" and 1/2" for increased stability. Aluminum is most often used for parking signs and wall mounted directionals, but is very versatile and works well in many other applications. It is higher cost than coroplast, but much more durable for the long haul.

We offer banners in virually ANY size or color. They are great for temporary promotions and events. We offer many finishing techiniques including: grommets, pole pockets, re-inforced corners and sewn-in ropes. Banners are available in a variety of weights for project and budget considerations. We also offer boulevard style brackets for vertical pole mount installations.

PVC is an interior plastic with an attractive semi-matte surface. It comes in a variety of colors and ranges in thickness from 1 mil to 6 mil. PVC can be used for a variety of interior purposes such as: business identification, directional, point-of-sale and many others. PVC can also be heat bent for free-standing tabletop signage.

Magnetics are typically used for vehicles and steel doors. They are great when you use your personal vehicle for business purposes. Magetics will not stick to fiberglass or aluminum panels. Our standard size for vehicles is 12"x24", with no limitations on the design. We stock a white 24" roll that can be cut to any size or shape.
